| The
CUNY Graduate School of Journalism has begun a fundraising drive to endow the
Irving Rosenthal Scholarship Fund in perpetuity. For more than four decades, Professor
Rosenthal was the one-man school of journalism at City College, a teacher and
mentor to many Communications Alumni. The
Rosenthal Scholarship will be used for deserving students who need financial aid
to attend graduate school full time. Tax-deductible contributions should be made
